I am in California and haven’t seen the repairs personally but was told by my project manager that they were very well done. Work was performed as promised and a complete summary was given to me over the phone as I am not yet living in Florida. Based on the information I’ve received so far I would highly recommend this company and will use them exclusively for any future tune up or work required.

John was on time, polite, knowledgeable, and fixed the problem. He also tightened the spring to prevent future problems and explained the laser positioning to enable me to troubleshoot in the future. He was great!!!

Needed a repair on the weekend. The technician showed up right when he said he would, was quick and professional fixing the problem, and even provided some preventative measures. Highly recommended.

He was professional and well informed. He explained every aspect to us re: the garage door springs and motor. We needed new springs. He installed a digital door opener that We requested. Very satisfied!

I called Precision based upon the recommendation of two people I know and I am “110%” completely satisfied with the timely service, the repairs completed, and the cost involved.
