A service technician arrived here in less than 3 hours after I called about a non emergency problem with my garage door opener. About 8 months ago I purchased a garage door opener from a box store and they recommended another garage door company to install it. Jesus showed up with a smile and ready to help. He replaced the rubber seal at the bottom of the garage door. Took the time to clean the track install it without being in a rush (unlike the last company) and did the job professionally. He pointed out somethings that should be taken care of in the near future (unlike the last company) but without pressure of having to do it today. Which I appreciated his honesty.
