It’s been 7 years since I have needed to call PD. I think that speaks to the quality of work your company does. Aaron came out today and identified the problem and a few other problems that could become problematic soon. I felt what we talked about was very reasonable and not an upsell. We have used precision garage doors for many years and they have never failed to satisfy. This time around we needed a new garage door opener installed. They are timely, courteous thorough, and clean up well behind themselves. Phil came out and replaced our garage door opener. He was efficient, respectful, possessing all the qualities one should expect from a home repair service and was very knowledgeable and explained everything. Josh did an amazing job that was done very efficiently. He responded extremely quickly after we called. He explained each item that needed to be replaced and the reasons for his recommendation. There were many new products required even though only one is listed below. He is very professional and Precision is very fortunate to have him on staff.

They came out to measure and give me an estimate. It was very important to me that my lifted jeep with 38″ tires would fit in the garage, including the opener arm. They took measurements, told me they could do it. The day they installed my garage, he made sure to continually take measurements, it took a little longer than usual – but my jeep fits in my garage with about 1-1/2 inches to spare – time to take the doors off! Thanks Precision for an exceptional job!

Easy to schedule appointment and visit occurred the same day. They give you a window when visit will occur and a call when they are 30 minutes out. Technician quickly identified problem and got system up and running in less then 15 minutes. Happy repeat customer! Well run business!!
