DAVID arrived in 1 hour after calling Precision, and in 45 minutes my door looks and works like new. He was VERY professional, knowledgeable, and most of all honest. Amazing experience.

James, my technician, was knowledgable and completed the job in no time. He was careful to explain what he was doing along the way and didn’t try to oversell me on optional services. I will definitely use precision again, but due to the quality of the work, may not need to.

Chris Pinnegar is knowledgeable and an expert in his field. He showed me what the issue was with my garage door which was buzzing only and not opening or closing the garage door. When he completed the repairs, the garage door not only works but it is a lot more quieter than it used to be. We’ve had the springs and the electric eye sensor replaced by Precision before, so we know how their workmanship is, which is excellent and I would always recommend Precision and Chris Pinnegar and his associates to replace or repair any garage door. Price was affordable too!

We are very happy with both the estimator and the installer who removed and installed a new 8 foot garage door. If I were in business and needed employees I would make job offers to both because they were business professional and neighborly as well.

He had the parts on the service truck and was able to install a new spring system on the spot. Total time was under 2 hours from arrival. The technician was courteous and gave several tips on maintenance of the overhead door I have installed.
