    Precision would have gotten 5 stars. I gave only 4 because I was not presented with a detailed estimate of what was going to be replaced repaired etc.. I believe on your home page that this is what was advertised. The tech was very courteous, professional and upbeat. After inspecting the job. He explained everything that was going to be done. He then presented me with a piece of paper with three prices. That dealt with the price of the repairs and length of warranty options. Other than that, I’m very happy with the work and would recommend Precision to my Neighbors.

    This is the way all businesses should be run!! Prompt service by skilled techs who don’t waist time or your money. John Tsanggarinos is one terrific tech and knew exactly what to do to fix both of my doors to like new condition. This was not an easy fix. A lot of effort and skill went into this repair. Just a “thank you” is really not enough. All home owners with garage doors should keep this company name taped to the back of the doors!!!
