5 Star is my rating because Michael Graves did an Outstanding job analyzing my existing failed opener, gave me options and pricing for replacing my unit, and performed an excellent install….all in the same day. He explained all the elements and how-to’s of my new Linear system. It is super quiet and very efficient. Michael is a very friendly and personable technician as well as a knowledgeable tech who I would highly recommend…as well as Precision.

I have used you before when a spring broke. Chris was on time and was very professional My garage door is very heavy. It is a Miami hurricane door. It 18 feet wide instead of 16 Ft. It was very heavy so we decided to put double springs on it to help lift the door. Chris was great and explained things as he did them. He cleaned up as he worked.
