Two of my neighbors have the smoothest, quietest garage doors. After they told me Precision was their provider, I checked out the very impressive website. I was more impressed that I received service the same day by a very qualified, friendly….yet professional technician. Jeffrey P. was on time, determined what I needed and proceeded to complete job in a timely manner. He performed an Above & Beyond job. Love the new motor (along with rollers) which made such a difference in operating performance…and now I have a quiet, smooth operating door! Bryan Stewart did an amazing job replacing my logic board in my Liftmaster opener. He went over an beyond my expectations and came out on Sunday (the 12th) to get us back up and running. You guys are the best.

Precision originally was called to replace a spring. Matt did a great job. However, he noticed the end plate bearings needed to be replaced. The door was already apart and the end plate bearings took only 5 minutes to replace. They charged $180 to replace the end plate bearings, in addition to the labor for the springs. The end plate bearings only cost about $15/pair retail.
