Wesley was very nice,but I feel that I was over charged. I called for a tune up at 59.95 and ended up paying 249.00. He put new rollers in at 22.00 a piece. He said that they come in packages of ten. That I knew. But, I was not expecting to be charged 220.00 for rollers that you can get for 16.00 to 25.00 dollars for a package of ten. I know that they are not the quality that were in there previously. He was very surprised that I had all of my original paper work from when the door was installed. I will say that the door does run a lot smoother and is not as noisy but,I feel that I was charged 200.00 dollars in labor. That’s crazy!!
