I received same day service with a knowledgeable and very professional representative. He had all of the parts on his truck and was ready to do the job needed, which included new springs, rollers, capacitor and motor for garage door opener. He explained everything to me and showed me where old parts were worn and ready to break. He also programmed the new remotes for me. Very pleased with the finished job. Amazing difference in my door operation. I will recommend this company to my friends.

Arnold called to let us know he was on the way, looked over the situation and told us what the problems were and gave us the options for repair. Very knowledgeable, fast service and explained everything he had done. Would highly recommend Precision to anyone who needs service on their garage door.

Thanks for the great, prompt, friendly service. I called in the morning and had Andrew, call and arrive before the time and assisted with replacing opener and replacing springs , rollers, etc to make the door work again, better and smoother.
