The technician was so helpful. He corrected the problem quickly and accurately. When testing to be sure it was working okay, he found another issue that could have caused a return visit within a month. Instead he fixed it while he was here. Extremely helpful, kind and courteous. Recommend highly.

Garage door opener shot. Called Precision in the morning, a tech came to the house around 2:30 PM. Inspected the old one and supplied options for repair/replacement. Brian H was very courteous and professional. Our door was reconditioned and a new opener installed. Great job.

My experience with Precision was a good one. The receptionist that took the call was polite and assisting. Even though my appointment time was later in the day, The receptions called back to advise me that a technician was available earlier, and could be at my house. The Residential Technician, Keith Allen was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and patient. He worked in a timely manner and advised me how to perform oil maintenance on the garage door. Allen left his card for any future questions or concerns that may come up. I would recommend Precision Door to any one.

I called Precision Garage Door Service on a Sunday as a result of seeing their TV commercials. I immediately received a real and pleasant person to speak with who setup an appointment for my broken spring replacement. Their service technician, John, called ahead to inform me he was right on schedule. John is a prompt, clean and courteous man who quickly assessed my situation and recommended a variety of options explaining the advantages of each. He provided all the information I needed allowing me to select my best option. Being in industrial repair, I’m quite familiar with proper tools and and procedures. I was impressed with John’s knowledge and use of his equipment. John performed a quality repair while explaining to me how to maintain and extend the life of my door and opener. I will not hesitate to call Precision Garage Door Service in the future.

Precision has come out promptly 4 times to repair the opener they installed for various malfunctions. The service has been excellent and without cost to me. However, I must question the quality of the original system with this many repairs. Today, they replaced the opener. The previous trips it was the sensor.

Technician Brian was thorough with his work and explained his repair work to me during and after he finished. His recommendations made sense and I agreed to them. He explained and showed me his recommended care and routine lubrication that he advised for me to do. I enjoyed having conversation with him about working for Precision and his golf game. Your invoice shows some red fail indicators. Are they in the pass column as a result of Brian’s work? Please let me know. Thank you for recognizing my military service with a discount. I will refer Precision to others and select Precision if I have any more garage door issues. Thank you.

We are very happy with Precision this is the second time we used you , our old house now our new one . The tech Keith was very good he knew what he was talking about, he arrived when he said he would, excellent job . Will ask for him again. Keith even put a screw in my light fixture outside so it wouldnt hang. Thank you Keith for a excellent job fixing our garage door.
