We got a new garage door, motor and belt and all the bells and whistles. We are very happy with the work, except on the day of installation they did not apply the black trim as promised. Everything else is great. Overall I would give it a 5 but since we have not received the trim from 2 weeks ago I am hold that 5 until the work is completed. Thank you

We have always used Precision Garage Door Service for our garage door needs. On Wednesday I came home in the afternoon, and after shutting the garage door, the spring broke. I called Precision Door and within two hours Chris was here and replaced the spring. He was very professional and courteous and represents the company well. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service for all garage door repairs.

Jordan arrived at the time planned and explained my options for the garage door spring replacement. Cost of service and parts was as expected. Jordan was well organized and performed his job efficiently and displayed proficiency. The job was completed within two hours and Jordan also checked that the garage door opener performed its job in opening and closing the door properly. I am very satisfied with the work done. Back to normal. Thanks.

The technician that came to our house today was very efficient and does his job very well . The old garage door had to be repaired and now is moving like a brand new one. Service was excellent I would Recommend them to my friends.

We were noticing odd sounds from our garage doors when they open, so called Precision for an assessment since your company had installed new springs cables etc and two new openers a few years ago. The technician called when he was on his way. Turns out the door sticks briefly on the new garage surface we had installed and is no cause for concern. He examined the functioning of both doors and everything is working fine. Very pleasant technician. We assumed there would be a service charge but turns out our doors are under warranty, so there was no charge. Very pleased with the service call.
