Phil Hunter from Precision Garage Door is an amazing with our garage door that stopped opening due to multiple problems. He replaced the springs, wheels and replaced the garage door opener and all associated components. Fast, responsive, professional service and did not pushed anything that I did not need. These people are highly recommended.

The technician was not only very professional but also very, very knowledgeable about everything to do with the garage door, the opener, the remotes, etc. He was able to identify the problem immediately which led to the installation of a new system. He explained everything to me in detail and showed me how everything worked. I was very pleased with your fast response to my call and the work done. Excellent company!

When I have ever needed garage door services the only company I think of to call is Precision. I know they will fix the problem. I called and they came the same day, a Saturday. Cameron, was very professional and got the job done! I would highly recommend this company.

Once again, precision garage door came through when we had issues with our garage we called on a Saturday afternoon because I dark was stuck open and they were there by late afternoon that day.. we had the pleasure of doing business with Chad, who was very respectful very courteous very informative and precision garage door should be proud of him as an employee. He was able to get our door corrected and is running just fine now.. Precision Garage & Door ARE more expensive than many other garage door repair companies, but you can’t beat their service.. They are dependable, efficient and knowledgeable employees.. I hope your company makes your employees feel appreciated, that is the major “must have” from your owners/bosses.. Happy employees makes happy customers, happy customers make happy owners,/bosses.

I had a fantastic experience with Precision. We just moved into our new home and the spring on one of our garage doors snapped. I called and Sean came out same day to replace the spring and actually ended up replacing all the mechanisms on both doors as well as replacing one of the motors that was older. The price was great, but even more so the job was done very well and professionally. I appreciate Sean’s hard work and working around all the boxes and junk in our garage from only being in the new house for about a week. I highly recommend this company and Sean’s work!
