We heard about Precision Garage Door from their many ads during the local news we watch. They were our second choice when our garage stopped working because we first wanted to contact another garage repair company we had worked with in the past. Given the experience over the phone with the late-night tech at the other company, we called Precision. I was able to schedule an appointment the following day to have our springs replaced and our service guy Josh was a pleasure to work with. He gave me 15 min notice that he was on his way and didn’t mind when I was a few minutes late racing home from work. He explained the repair and cost to me then performed the work in a timely manner. He was professional and kind. We had a great experience with Precision and would definitely recommend them.

Robert Trotter contacted me prior to his arrival and arrived right within his estimated time. He very quickly recognized my most immediate problem was the chain. Answering some of my questions he brought to my attention some options I have that would be to my benefit along, with fixing the chain. At this time Robert fixed the chain and gave me an idea of cost which allows me to plan for the near future. I am both very pleased and thankful for Robert’s help and time. I will never hesitate to ask for his help again, nor to refer him to my neighbors.

Mike and Kevin did a great job. They explained all the things we needed and gave us options. They programmed our openers and also programmed the mirror opener in our car. They even swept up the garage floor when they were done. They were friendly and professional. Definitely 5 stars.

Great service! Matt is best technician I’ve ever met! Prices are VERY high but service and cleanliness was excellent! Replaced springs and all new opener with universal remotes. I guess you get what you pay for. I’m always going to call you first. Thanks for asking.

Jimmy Johnson was very professional,he came out and told me what the door needed and he did a great job ,My garage door never worked this good .

Chris was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. He replaced a garage door opener that was over 25 years old. I was glad that he explained and demonstrated how all the buttons worked on the device attached to the garage side door entry. This is the second time I’ve used Precision. I had them replace the springs 2 years ago after a different company did a spring replacement incorrectly, resulting in the spring breaking within a short period of time. I would definitely recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.

You installed a rubber strip to prevent rain from entering our garage under the door. We hope this will work because it is our last resort. Griffin was a very nice technician who knew what he was doing. We have our fingers crossed.
