Belt drive on garage door opener broke. Also noticed when manually opening garage door it was quite heavy and would not stay up. Jimmy replaced both springs and the belt. Door is easier to open manually and a lot quieter.

Thank you for your prompt response to my emergency. James, your serviceman, arrived at the right time, as scheduled. He is a very courteous person, and very professional. He explained to me what the problem was with the garage door, and what parts I needed to replace in order to have the door (one of two) working the right way. He programmed both doors to my new remote openers. I will not hesitate to recommend James and your company to my friends and relatives.

Your tech showed up within the time estimated. We discussed all before proceeding. Service was excellent. Unfortunately, I used Quality Garage Doors on two previous occasions. First time they came the next day. Yesterday they didn’t come at all. I’d recommend Precision to everyone. Thanks.

Precision really came through for me when I had an accident within my own garage. Overhead first came out, as our door was their brand. Although professional, they quoted me a higher price for a replacement and could not give me a time frame for installation. I called Precision and was quoted and installed on the same day. Very professional all around. Thank you Andrew L, Tyler, and Chris for your precise and swift installation. I am so thankful to you all for securing my home with a new door on the same day!! Five stars, for sure.

Rebecca came out to help me decide on a new door.She was on time, very helpful and professional. She explained all the features and answered all my questions. I could not have been happier with meeting with her. I appreciated her folowup and discussion of the changes that had to be made. A purchase is in the near future.

This was a repair broken spring. You were the only company that would give me next day service which was a Saturday, All the others I called would only give me sometime next week. Also your Technician was very knowledgeable, and inspected the entire system and told me exactly what I needed. Thanks I give you 5 Stars an d I will recommend you to my friends and family.

4.5 Stars He came early, ready for work. Took time to assess the issuesand gave two estimates; the first to repair the door to make sure it worked and there were no safety issues. the second was for a full restoration to like new condition. Though both jobs were a high I decided on the first estimate. He went to work with little fanfare and with in a hour an half he completed the job. The door is easy to lift and stays on the tracks. I would recommend this company and this individual to everyone. Not cheap, not the most expensive but competent.

Jesus Echavarría, the installer, did an excellent job!! He was courteous and explained step by step, everything that he was doing!! Great guy!! Very professional who eased up all my worries, as soon as he started the installation.
