Called they came out the next day, replaced the broken spring and a few other things that needed replacement. Griffin was very polite and explained everything he was doing.

I chose “Precision Door Service” based on an internet “Google” search and I was impressed with the overall 4.9 rating and the number of submitted reviews. Scheduling a technician to review our problem issues and provide a detailed evaluation was handled efficiently by a very knowledgeable customer service representative. I was impressed with the “Google” reference and that our conversation was recorded. I scheduled a date and “time range” for the next day — my preference. The technician called about 15 minutes prior to his arrival to confirm our appointment. Our technician arrived on time, was well spoken, knowledgeable, and interested in an holistic evaluation based upon my outstanding garage door opening issues. He presented options to fix our problem(s) and explained the price/performance option details. He did not pressure me to select any business lucrative solutions, and would only suggest a solution, when I asked for his evaluation. I am very satisfied with the service provided by “Precision Door Service” and highly recommend that you consider their Service. EXTREMELY SATISFIED!, and, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I am most please with the work that was completed today by Jimmy Johnson. He arrived ahead of schedule and worked until he completed everything. He installed two new motors, springs, gaskets on bottom of both doors; and other accessories. His work was excellent and explained what he was doing. He went beyond customer service. I have used Precision in the past but today’s service was the best I have experienced. Great job! I am very pleased.

Excellent Service – My garage doors fell off the tracks and could not close. Within 24 hours of my call, they were here as promised. Jason went above and beyond to fix the issues. He ensured I understood the problems and recommendations to repair with options. When the truck did not have new tracks, Jason called and they delivered them to my home. Jason returned and completed all repairs the same day and worked late to finish. That’s excellent customer service. I highly recommend this Company. Services were excellent and prices reasonable.
