On 7/25/2025, I had two Liftmaster 98022 wall mount garage door openers installed, I also had both garage doors rebuilt. On 9/21/2025 one of the doors malfunctioned . On 9/22/2025 Luke Rose came to repair it. He spent several hours, and went over the intire door, found a problem from the original install 15 years ago. Now the door works very well and very quiet. All at no charge. This man is a credit to the company. THANK YOU LUKE!!

I called this afternoon for a service call and was told a serviceman would be out around 4 or 8 pm, Corbin Stilwell was here at 4:00 and after checking the door rollers, door tracks, door binding, he determined it was the door belt carriage that was binding on the carriage track. So greatly pleased to repair this door.

Sad story Garage door would not close Called Precision Less than two hours later Precision Superman shows up and saves the day and ( fanfare) it’s covered by warranty. Happy ending with Precision.

I was very pleased with the Precision Tech that came out. He was very thorough and professional. He explained everything in a way that was understandable. I was provided realistic options with no pressure to select any particular one. Once the work was completed, I was shown what was done and how to maintain it. Precision is my go to garage door company from now on, thank you!

The spring on my garage door broke today, so I called Precision Garage Door Service. They gave me a time window and said the technician will call when on his way. The technician Colton showed up and looked at my damage door. He was very professional, knowledgeable and promised that he could fix it today. I received a 5 year warranty thank you Colton for being so kind and doing exactly what you said you would do. If I could I would give him 20 star review. I was very impressed by this young man.

Precision door care is by far the best around. I had a brand new door put in today. I’ve done business with you all before and was happy with the service then. And today I am beyond happy to still be doing business with you all. (15 yesrs later) The 2 technicians came at 7:30 a.m very respectful, they explained all the do and don’t with new door. And to know that I’ve got such a great warranty from you all. Now I have piece of mind knowing the door is safe and works 100%. My garage door is my front door. It’s the most used door in my home. My son keeps his work trailer and I park my jeep every night. Thank you precision door care for having such wonderful employees that listen to the customer and are very knowledgeable in what they do.
