I called Precision, because it was listed in the Five Star Rated guide for Hillsborough County. My garage door would not close by either remote (but it would open). Mike arrived promptly and noticed (coincidentally) that one of my 20-year-old springs had broken, so that had to be replaced. He quoted me a price to fix my also 20-year-old garage door opener, but it seemed to make more logical sense to replace that unit, too. So, I ended up having a much larger bill than I’d thought when I called Precision, but 20 years is also a long time to have a system. Mike was very friendly and efficient, replacing the garage door opener, both springs, and the 10 roller wheels in the rails in only about 2 hours. He also programmed my car remote for me and gave me a quick education on the new system. I felt very confident in his ability. My new system is so quiet that I have to double-check that it’s actually opening after I press the garage door opener!
