I needed a new garage door spring and cables for my townhome. Same day service arrived much earlier than estimated. Tech Robert was professional and friendly and gave 3 options. He also gave some maintenance tips.

I tried Precision because of your advertising. I planned on getting an estimate but when Robert came to our house he was very respectful, arrived on time. Robert was able to diagnose the problem right away and to my surprise had the parts to repair our garage door. It is very difficult to get anyone in the service industry in Florida to show up on time let alone be able to diagnose problems quickly and perform the repairs on the spot. Robert knew what he was doing and performed! I would definitely call them again without hesitation. Great job and a fair price! Bruce A. Weir

Excellent service, professional garage door repair, Keith Allen did a phenomenal job replacing mismatched springs, cables, rollers efficiently making the job look easy! He went over everything listening first to my problem with the door, give me an estimate, completed the repairs all in a timely fashion. I wouldn’t hesitate to enlist Precision Door for any future needs. I give them an A+.

Arnold Simpson came to our house on Christmas Eve. He was very courteous and friendly. He also made it clear in both writing and a clear oral explanation of what our options for repair were. We have dealt with Precision for quite a few years and will continue to do so. Arnold was great!!!
