Couldn’t be happier with the service we received. We had a non emergency issue with both of our doors and Precision was able to come by within a few hours of my call. Their technician, Arnold Simpson took care of everything with the type of care you’d expect if the doors were his, not ours. He worked for hours until he was certain the doors were operating as well as possible. What started out as two really noisy doors ended up, with a few parts and a lot of adjusting, working and sounding as if they were new. Great job by a great tech!.

The service tech came out and I could tell that he was just trying to sell and not fix. He did not even look at anything, he told me he could not even open the door. He quoted me over $800. Said the spring was broke and the motor was burnt out. He also said for twice as much he would be better material and longer warranty. He was so nervous talking to me. I told him to give me quotes and had him leave. I then called another company and they came out, Opened my door, replaced the sring and said the motor was just fine. All fixed for under $350. I do not recommend this place – pure con job!
