Our 15 year-old and 2-car wide garage door finally popped a torsion bar and hung up partially closed after just parking our minivan inside. We contacted Precision and were given a tech appointment that same day. Technician Jimmy Johnson arrived just after 4 pm and worked expertly and diligently on diagnosing and fixing the numerous problems with the door. His 23 years of experience proved invaluable and we are very grateful for his courtesy, patience and expertise in explaining and replacing the needed parts that resulted in a quieter and safer garage door operation. His advice about ongoing preventative maintenance was also invaluable. This was an excellent outcome for us, thanks to Jimmy and Precision’s quaslity service.

You originally installed our door 5 years ago. My husband called you and I have confidence in your company. Your employees are always ready to assist in whatever is necessary oooooo= hence you will always be called and referred by me. Shane Tremaine came out to my residence Friday, March 6th, and diagnosed a faulty Logic Board in my Liftmaster Garage Door Opener as well as replaced the Spring Coils which were worn. Very satisfied with the work done. Garage door opener is fully functional again. Manuel Valcarce

I called Precision in Lutz, they said we can have someone out that afternoon. I didn’t feel my situation needed same day service but it is wonderful to know it was an option. Keith called to let me know he was on his way on the day of the appointment. He explained the problem with my garage door and what it needed. Didn’t take long for him to fix the problem. He even discussed potential future issues I might expect based on my garage doors age. Very friendly and professional. I had two of my three garage doors rebuilt by Keith from Precision a little over a year ago and I was very happy with Keith and every aspect of his service, so naturally I called them when the spring of my third door broke and sure enough, Keith was the tech that showed up and once again I had an awesome experience was treated like a good friend and within an hour and fifteen minutes everything was fixed and back in perfect working order. I couldn’t have been more pleased with Keith and Precision.
