I have used Precision before and John your Tech was the best. He called in advance, was there exactly when he said he would be. John explained everything during his inspection of the problem, and answered all my Questions. He was very thorough, and did all with a smile. He is a keeper and in this uncertain time it was nice to feel secure in the service I received.

I called this business on a Monday around 4pm. Costumer service was excellent and sent a tech around 5:30pm. Tech fixed my garage door in about two hrs. Very pleased with this company.

Garage door looks great! Installer Wolf did a great job and was prompt and courteous. Wolf also took the time to explain step by step how to work the door as well as maintaining the door to keep it working properly. The company has a real asset with an employee like Wolf!!

Garage door seal was needing to be replaced and wanted to have it inspected for any maintenance needs. Called Saturday and they immediately had me scheduled the next day. Mike showed up on time, was professional and gave a couple different estimates for repairs so I could choose which best fit my needs. Would highly recommend! Thanks Mike!

I did all the diagnostics I could before calling Precision. I got a same day appointment at the end of the day. “Bob” was my tech, and he was great. Personable, understanding, and listened to my concerns and comments. He diagnosed then advised of the problem. He then did his research and quickly advised 3 options for me based on repair, cost, and type of product. My wife and I discussed the options with him and we decided for the most expensive, but comprehensive, option. He got it done during the hour he said he would. The transaction was easy and we ‘elbow bumped’ and laughed about it. We love our door opener which is so quiet that we have to actually listen to make sure it’s opening and closing! The garage door kept getting stuck. Jim diagnosed it to the outlet being intermittent. He did not give me a bill. We are repeat customers for a reason. He came when they said he would and called first.
