We had a garage door emergency on Labor Day and I called Precision (being a first time customer). I believe I spoke with Chelsea who was very polite and friendly. Our appointment was scheduled to be about 4-6 hours from when I called. We were lucky enough to have Mike Fanning as our technician. Mike was very professional, friendly, and got our garage door back operating better than ever in about 1 hour. I actually thought it would take another visit to get it repaired. Mike took the time to show me how to do some routine maintenance, answered ALL my questions and left with our garage looking like he was never there. Definitely consider Precision our garage door service company. Very pleased!

came out on the Labor Day Holiday and arrived even a bit early. Technician was polite and very efficient in explaining the repair. Cost was a bit high as the person that answered the call the previous day indicated the approx. cost of a spring but didn’t double it because, surprise, the springs are actually 2 springs. But overall, good job.

The technician was timely and friendly. I ended up adding an additional services and he had the parts on his truck so I was able to get it completed. Helpful in showing me programming directions. Night and day difference when he replaced the rollers on the door. Very satisfied with Precision and my technician.
