Dino Dellance this morning replaced the automatic garage door opener. He was very courteous and did a very good job. I would definitely recommend him. He was fantastic.

My Garage Door broke on Sunday and Adam from Precision was out at noon on Monday and was very professional and fixed it better than it was before it broke. There were things that were loose that he found later and took care of it all! Also Adam offered a flex style payment that really helped out.

Our spring broke and I had no idea what to expect concerning repairs. We were not trapped but they could get to us first thing next day. Our technician was Jesse, who did an inspection of the rest of the moving parts and made a recommendation with two options. He was careful to explain things, worked quickly and was a patient instructor with our new equipment. And he has a sense of humor. We chose to replace the spring, wheels, pulley, trolley and motor and of course openers. I’m so glad I called Precision.

The spring on my garage door broke on a Thursday evening. I had to work on Friday, but I needed access to my garage for the weekend. I called Friday morning and they were able to come out on the same day. The technician, Matt, arrived right on time and was very nice. He replaced the spring quickly and efficiently. Since the spring was under warranty, I did not even have a service charge. Great service!!!

It was a wonderful experience and I’m really greatful for the quick response. Your tech was outstanding and very professional. He gave us a full estimate and explained exactly what and how he would accomplish completing the work. He was very through and completely friendly. The only problem is during the pricing he did not say anything about discounts, maybe you don’t have any. Most companies I deal with have at least a military discount. My husband is a retired veteran but no discount was mentioned or suggested. I think you might want to review.
