Precision has been my first call for garage door problems for several years now. I was surprised when they were able to come out the same day I called. Technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. They took care of a minor problem for me quickly and did some basic maintenance at the same time. Couldn’t ask for better service.

I have been dealing with the Precession Garage Door company for at least 15 years. I purchased my door opener from them about 31/2 years ago. the few times I needed help they have always been there fast. They are helpful and professional. I would recommend them to everyone that needs help

I called at 11am as garage door was not performing well. By Noon Chris came out for service. Did an inspection on the performance of the door. Pointed our several worn out parts, gave a quote to bring back to new. I know have a garage door that is probable better then new. From start to finish job was completed in 3.5 hour a very friendly and professional experience. Chris was GREAT!!!

My sister & I inherited my parents house & my mom used precision so I called precision when the door wouldn’t open. It turned out to be a little pricier than I’d hoped, but I’m very happy with the results. I broke the manual opener so he had to fix that & it needed a new belt. We choose to replace the motor & belt assembly as the most cost effective long term option. The technician was polite, hardworking, respectful & cheerful. He did provide several options, some a lot cheaper, some a little more. He was very patient while I called my sister & we discussed the options. The new assembly is so quiet & looks all new & shiny. I love it. The technician, Chris, did a beautiful job & left no mess for me to clean up. Oh, I almost forgot – I called them at 2:30, they said he would be there between 4 & 8. He got there at 4:00. Can’t beat same day service.

Our tech came out and made sdjustments to the tracks, tightened some loose hardware and lubricated the rollers and hinges. As always a superior company to work with. They are responsive, courteous. And professional.

We had both springs replaced a few months ago, the door shifted over, called them late one day, they came out after 6pm to fix the door. Amaxing and professioal and very polite. Will alwayd have them as our door specialist. Thank you

The technician was here within 2 hours and diagnosed the problem. The belt assembly was worn and replaced it. Additionally, he fixed a problem with the shutting mechanism and greased the motor for No Charge!! He also gave me 10% off for being a retired fireman. First class individual and company.

I have used Precision Garage Door Service over the years, and they consistently give fast courteous service. It was no different this time. I called them in the morning, and the technician was here at shortly after 1:00 PM. He made sure I knew what needed to be done and told me exactly what it would cost before proceeding. He was friendly and courteous as well as knowledgeable. In these times, good customer service, the availability of parts, and reasonable prices are almost unheard of. Precision Garage Door Service has all of the above. I highly recommend their services.
