Contacted Precision on New Years Day after finding garage door not opening. They were able to give me an appointment TODAY, at 2-6 PM. 10 Minutes later, I received a call from them saying they had an opening at 12-2 PM. 20 Minutes later, got call from technician Matt Hink saying he would arrive in about 20 minutes. Matt arrive with his Mask on and after assessing the problem, provided me a quote with options. An hour later he was done and also lubed the rollers and hinges. He was very polite and professional. I’m very happy I called them.

Our technician Mike was excellent. Very friendly and efficient. He explained clearly what the issues were and the recommended remedy. Mike was very personable and has a great attitude. We saw your commercial on TV although we didn’t need the service right away. When we did, Precision came to mind. Keith was the technician and we were please with his work. He showed us where the issue was explained what he was going to do. Keith also show us how to maintain the garage track. He was professional and knowledgeable and worn his mask the entire time. If we need garage door work, we will definitely call on Precision again. Thank you!! Please change our last name to be Ochoa instead of Ochella.

Garage door issues are always frustrating for homeowners. I started out 6 years ago fixing & patching with Precision. The guys have always been great. They arrive on time. Keep me informed of what repair is to be done.Work efficiently and clean up when done. Today’s workmanship was exceptional as I finally said it is time for a new garage door. Lookin’ good with no noise on the lift. Love it. Thanks to the work crew.
