I called your company because my garage door opener need to be replaced. Chris Carelas responded to my call. I was very impressed by his professionalism and knowledge. After he replaced the opener he made me aware of another issue with the weight of my garage door and the springs, etc. I agreed to his recommendations and I now have a new opener, and a door that doesn’t make horrendous noises when it opens and closes and is very smooth. I couldn’t be happier.

Service technicians are all great that we have interacted with. Always do the job right the first time and never try and sale you anything you do not need. We wouldn’t use anyone else.

Had previous service so when a major repair needed, called Precision immediately. There were able to have a technician come out later in the day. Shortly after that call, Sophie called that a cancellation had happen and a Tech would come out between 8-10. James Mants called and said he was on the way in 10. He arrived. Reviewed the problem. Stated it could be repaired in 2 hours or so. I inquired re: new door..He immediately reviewed to find the status on when one could be available for installing. Could be installed in 2 more days. Chose to do the major repairs and James began and completed the work with no issues. Very pleasant. Worked steadily; reviewed door with me and finished the job after thorough cleanup. Very very happy with Precision once again..
