    Was a customer on 2012so when my spring broke I called you. Your tech came out and wrote down 4 different prices on a plain sheet of paper ranging from $1200 to $2500. When I said all I wanted was the springs replaced he then gave me a price if $950!! Ridiculous and insulting! Did not purchase and had springs replaced with someone else for $250! This quote was a Blantant rip off! Your business practices really need to be revised! I will never call you back or recommend you! You lost a customer for ever!

Honestly when I first called I was impressed how professional call taker was especially how she verified everything. On date of service everyone I talked to was a professional. Yes your advertising works I didn’t even consider any other company.
