Great service, friendly technician but costs on the high side.

My sales rep was Rebecca and she is absolutely amazing the attention to detail finding out exactly what I wanted taking her time working with me on the color selection and the quality of the door was amazing this is the third garage that I have done with precision and their professionalism with the employees is also amazing I highly recommend them I’m sure they will do a great job for you as they did for me Thank You Peter

Previously John Pappas serviced the garage door when it would only go down half way. He fixed this probably 1 1/2 yr ago. I saved his card, and he left a spray can to lube the rails periodically. When my door wouldn’t budge this morning, I sprayed & sprayed to try & get it to move. It wouldn’t! I knew your people would help, so I called for service again.

Brian was awesome! He was very professional and friendly. He is the type of tech you hope to have do your repairs. I will request him for any additional work at my residence!

10 Stars! We had another wonderful experience with Precision Overhead Garage Doors! Our garage door spring broke around dinner time and we called the next morning at 8 when they opened. Both of our cars were STUCK inside our garage. We were thrilled when they arrived at 9:15am that very morning! Keith was incredibly professional, quick, knowledgeable and courteous. We will highly recommend Precision to all of our family and friends!
