Our Technician Luke called 20 min. prior to arriving at our house for an evening appointment. That is very accomodating to me, i didnt have to take time off from work and sit around waiting, as you usually do. He troublshooted the issue, and found the problem right away. He went over a couple of options we could take. He had the replacement part on his van, again very efficient, not having to order parts and come back. We elected to do the repair, and he was done within 30 minutes. He lubed all the moving metal parts and gave me some useful information on preventative maintainance. That to me is very professional because the unit was not purchased from them, or covered by any remaining warranty. We discussed some pricing on new equipment if needed down the road, and paid with my debit card. I would for sure use precision again, and recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

I had used Precision before and when my recent trouble occurred there was no hesitancy about whom I’d call. Residential Technician Jimmy Johnson (no, not THAT Jimmy Johnson, although a superstar in his own right) arrived within the first hour of the four hour window. Great, there’s little worse than having your car trapped in the garage two weeks before Christmas and you have a lot driving to do. Jimmy was polite, friendly, professional, and obvious to me, highly proficient at his job. Thank you Jimmy and Precision. Merry Christmas to all.

I needed garage door repaired and received service the same day that I called. Austin, the technician, was excellent. He was very friendly and explained all that was needed for repairs needed. I have used Precision a few times in the past and will continue to do so because every time that I call they deliver. Great customer service.
