I moved into a new home recently and learned as I moved in one of the garage doors was not working. Buying a new home is already stressful enough. I wanted to have everything working perfectly. A Google search led me to Precision and I’m so thankful. When I called they were willing to come the same day, but I was not available. Austin came to my house yesterday. He explained what was going on with my garage door. He gave me awesome options, explained them to me, and did wonderful work. I cannot recommend Precision more highly. They turned a stressful situation into no problem at all. Now I have full access to my garage and I’m happy. Thank you so much!

I had Precision make a service call because my remote was not working. Brian worked his magic and it is now as he said, temporarily working. The garage opener and springs and rollers were given a cleaning and I am now praying that the remote and opener will continue to work for another 30 years, or at least, in my lifetime!!!{i am 80}

Today, my service tech was Brian Harmon. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to look at my garage and right away told me what is needed and how it would be fixed… I wasn’t too happy about the diagnosis… buying a new garage door… but i knew it was the outcome. What else I didn’t want to hear was how long it would take to get it done… as well as how much (ouch)! Thank you Brian for doing what you could and making sure the next techs coming out would know what is expected on their return.. Looking forward to seeing a brand new door!
