This was our second experience with Precision Garage Door. Techs are knowledgeable of their trade and their responsibility to perform the service needed. The technician( Joshua Figueroa) was timely and courteous throughout the process. We had used another company previously and there is no comparison. I will always call Precision first and refer them to all our neighbors for garage door issues.

Calld Precision at 8:00 AM and a technician (Joshua Battle) arrived at our house around noon. Joshua rapidly diagnosed the proplem with a sticking garage door and recommended replacing the springs and pulley system. We approved thiswork and Joshua completed the job within a couple of hours. He then explained to me what he did and and suggested how to keep the door in good working order.

Connor called before the service call and was prompt in assessing the issue with our garage door after he arrived. He was pleasant and corrected the problem in the time he estimated. I like using local businesses and was able to get an appointment the following day. Thanks, Precision!

I was, thankfully, able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. Joshua Battle was my technician and not only did an expert job of installing a new opener and springs but also took the time to educate me on garage door maintenance. I would give Precision 10 stars if possible!

Precision was available next day to come look at the door. James was prompt, explained everything that was wrong & how he could fix it, provided estimates quickly, had the parts on his truck & went right to work. James was very friendly, courteous & respectful. We have already recommended Precision.

While I spent more than I had planned, they were all items that were worn out. My service Tech was on time, respectful and professional. After alerting me of the issues with my components and giving me the cost. I thought he was gonna say they would obtain the parts and then reschedule to complete the repairs. He then tells me give him and hour and he will have it finished!! He had everything on his vehicle to complete the task. He cleaned up, adjusted the opener and lubed the parts. I was very pleased and my door is quieter and functions perfectly. Thank you

The tech wouldn’t even attempt to fix the door which was an easy repair because the door was too old. Even after I agreed to purchase a new door he would not offer any help to at least get the door closed so my family had to spend the night knowing anyone could acsess the house trough the garage at anyti. Also never sent me an estimate on a new door like he said he did.
