We had Precision Door put in our garage door opener about 1 1/2 years ago. Needed to reset my keypad and replace spring and rollers this year. Jared came out and gave me a quote and then did the work. He was professional and walked me through everything he was doing/did. Easy to work with.

I am a first time customer. I was very impressed overall- from booking the appointment, to the communication the day of, to the competency and professionalism of the technician ( Austin). I very much appreciated his approach of diagnosing the problem, not just jumping to a replacement. The opener is 20 years old and on its last legs, so o know it’s just a matter of time. Austin provided a quote for a replacement, so I know who will be performing that work when the time comes..
