My garage door broke this past Monday. I noticed that a neighbor was having their garage door worked on by Precision Garage Door Co. I asked your repairman if he could look at my garage door. He called his office and they told him it would be ok for him to work on my door. Your company was a lifesaver, I needed new rollers. The repairman was very courteous and completed the repair very efficiently. I appreciate and am very thankful that your company was able to make the time for me. Thanks a million Jimmy! Thanks for getting me through an emergency where I was locked out of my garage and house. I called Precision because they’ve helped me so well in the past. This time they sent Jimmy and he fixed everything! He replaced the old system. He was very easy to work with and the situation went from disaster to relief within a couple of hours. I wish all my home repair issues were this easy. Great job Jimmy and the Precision team who took my call!

I had a 30 year old garage door that finally died. Precision came out, secured the door, and got my new door installation arranged in a timely fashion. The biggest problem was getting the labor out here to get it installed (which there’s a labor shortage everywhere in every skilled trade). The installation crew arrived on time, and did the job in a very professional manner. I was particularly impressed with how the foreman cleaned up messes as he went. This, of course, reduces confusion over lost parts, people stepping on new products, etc. I chose Precision due to their ads about coming any time and having products on hand. I had looked into this previously with a smaller company and was told parts were 6 months out. I am very happy (albeit I had to put out a fair bit of money).

Had a door spring break when opening door on a Sunday morning. Seen good reviews for your company, so I called. Everyone involved from the lady scheduling to the technician Logan who made the repairs were very friendly and professional.
