Service man was very pleasant. Repair was stupid-expensive. $300/spring, parts and labor…are you kidding? Will shop around next time.

First of all, Precision helped me by replacing my springs on my Garage Door at my primary home, and the representative also replaced my broken wood. That got me to believe in your company & service. Today Orion, was able to assist me with connecting my remote control, and reconnecting my sensors. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I was impressed how he confident in handling my situation. My brother-in-law almost died of a stroke, he showed genuine empathy, and that means a lot to us customer’s. We don’t ever want to feel as if we are a number or a means to a higher bill. Orion is someone if he were in my business would consider keeping him for long-term!
