    Called for service on a Sunday afternoon. Technician, Travis, was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. He took care of the issue with my door and explained everything to me with options as to what I could do. He fixed the issue and did service on the door. Even though I am the new owner of the home, Precision did not charge me as they had been here before though it had been quite a while. I will definitely use Precision when I need a new door opener or future service.
