Chis and Derrick got right to work on how to fix my door. And what they needed and explained it to me very well. I would use this company again and tell people this is the company to deal with. They gave me all my options on how to pay some people do not have the funds we do to pay so they would have worked with me on other pay options. In closing Chris is a great mentor for your new talent don’t lose him.

Tech was Great, only issue that we found your pricing to be extremely high, I have 2nd home in upstate NY and had the same thing done, 2 Springs, bearings replaced by ” Overhead Garage Company” and was charged $635.00 you charge $1200

Thank you guys for coming to my rescue the same day I called for a Technician! Austin was so kind and provided a thorough assessment of what was needed for repair and also caught an issue with my tension cable that needed replacing due to fraying.
