After my garage door spring broke, Corbin was here within an hour or so from the time of my call. He was professional, courteous and very intent on not only replacing the springs, but insuring that everything was safe, and working correctly. He did a great job and was a pleasure to work with. Five stars for sure!!!

Had to replace an old Craftsman style garage door opener. Technician went over the available options and it was installed in about an hour. New opener is much more quiet! Technician called 30 mins beforehand. Very good service!

Our garage door opener is 20 years old. We wanted a tune up and check to see if we needed an upgrade. Austin Orton, our technician was very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable of what needed to be done. He didn’t try to pressure a sale just was very honest on what could happen and what was becoming worn out. He had all the components on his truck to replace the opener, gears, track, wheels and key pad. I was very impressed with his skill and customer service. Called a business I used before. The first thing out of her mouth was the service charge. Then she said I could call Genie and have them walk me through it. I said forget it. Called Precision. Someone was out in an hour. Gave great service. I’m a happy camper.
