Precision garage doors did a great job from start to finish. I got an appointment right away the next morning. The technician was here early and was very personable. Wayne is a definite asset to your company. He saw what was wrong. He showed my husband the failed parts and explained plainly why they failed and why they needed to be replaced. He fixed the door in a timely manner. The only negative was I didn’t expect the cost, but it needed to be done. I would call precision again. And request Wayne.

As I have an ill husband it was imperative I have the door operational you arrived quickly and at the time promised. I am an older woman and Keith was respectful which is unusual for contractors in my experience. I would like to rehire for further work on my door but I will do more research for a more competitive price when I’m not under pressure. I thought for the time required and supplies $434.00 was excessive.

Precision had done excellent work for me before when I lived in Pinellas County. I needed work done in Polk County at my newer home. Precision Service person John Duff laid it all out for me as to what was not done properly when my home was built a few years ago. Typically, someone had cut a lot of corners and now I would pay to fix what had broken. John literally had to rebuild everything but the door to get the right system in place for my large double garage door. It wasn’t cheap, but quality never is. But now, I have a modern system, sized correctly to do the job, a wifi equipped Genie professional opener, and a much quieter door. I also have a long-term warranty that I know from experience Precision will honor. I would recommend and use Precision again in a New York minute.

Cody Johnson came to our home to repair our garage door. My wife & I cannot say enough about Cody. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, took time explaining and totally followed through in what he said he would do along with the time to finish the job. Cody spent time explaining each type of garage door openers, springs, rollers, wheels & remote. In this day and age it is rare to find a young man so dedicated to his work.
