Jimmy Johnson is a very knowledgeable technician. He was able to inspect multiple degrading spots that were in serious need of attention. He left not only a repaired door but also giving me a sense of relief that extended the life of our door.

Chris was our service technician. He arrived on time and installation of the new opener went very smoothly. Upon arriving he presented several options and described the features, price and benefits of each offering. Super nice guy, and great service! Not only was the technician’s arrival within the stated timeframe, he was extremely knowledgeable and patient while answering all our questions. We could not have asked for better service and would recommend Precision’s personnel for any garage door issues. We have dealt with Precision for maintenance, part replacement, and keypad installation over the years and never been disappointed.

We selected precision garage doors because they have installed a motor on our existing home in 2019 We called precision. They answered in a timely manner, very pleasant and very understanding. They assured us they would have the earliest technician come to the home which was exactly the same day 12 to 4. They were here at 12:05. Nick was a technician that they sent. He was not only here in a timely manner very pleasant and very knowledgeable. Very proud of what he does, and loves his job. He educated my husband on a few more things that needed to be done and repaired, and we asked him if he could do it while he was here. He said absolutely I stocked my truck this morning. Totally recommend precision garage doors. We have used them multiple times.
