We were very happy with our serviceman Dillon. He came out to repair our door, due to it running louder and landing harder. I asked questions about it needing to be replaced in the future and he was very helpful in advising me on the life of the door. I highly recommend Precision due to the great service they provide!

Over the years we had Precision Doors come out to resolve problems. Spring replacements, panel replacement, opener replacement. This time it was the whole two car garage door and associated items. Jesus Echevarria came out. He was on time, very professional and friendly. I watched him for a couple of hours as he methodically dismantled the old door and put up the new one. His work ethics and professionalism are something which is hard to find now a days. If you need work done ask for him. You will be pleased. Great job, Jesus.

The spring on our large garage door broke. We have a Precision sticker on the inside of a canine door in the laundry room left from previous service, so I called and got on the schedule. Arnold came at the anticipated time, was friendly and efficient, had the necessary spring in his truck, and fixed our door. He also made some keen observations about loose wheel trolley bolts and fixed all of that.
