Your technician was amazingly competent. Great guy. Did a really good job and very personable. I really can’t recommend you to anyone though, because my ass is sore from how horribly expensive you are! I should have shopped around more. My official rating is you suck… Don’t know how you have such wonderful people working for you though. Call center girl was great, technician was great, but prices!!:(((

Just want to say that Lucas was very knowledgeable and professional. Especially when I completely jacked up the keypad code. He helped me out with no judgement.lol. I had Precision Doors do a repair about a year ago and was happy with their work. I knew the door would have to be replaced so I called them again. They did a great job replacing my garage door. I am very happy with their service.

The Homeowner Association (HOA) hired a company to paint the exterior of my house. Unfortunately, the workers were not careful and ended up damaging my garage door. However, I am grateful to Chris and Precision for their thorough analysis of the situation and for repairing my garage door. I highly recommend them for any door repairs as Chris is very knowledgeable and detail-oriented.
