They swiftly fixed the garage door and suggested upgrading the motor to better suit my door. As a returning customer, they offered credit for the old motor, making the upgrade seamless. Was a repeat customer and was referred by my neighbor who was a customer too. My garage door stopped working and a technician came out the same day I called. The receptionist (customer service representative) was very pleasant and accommodated my request. Nick, the technician, was pleasant and explained everything I needed to do for upkeep of my new garage door opener. I would definitely recommend your company for your services. They are top notch.

I had a scheduled appointment to replace my outside garage remote, as it was no longer working. Manuel Planos came out and explained that everything was okay, it only needed to be reprogrammed due to a past power outage. Manuel was very prompt and professional.

Our garage door locked up at about 4:45 PM. We had a new opener (old one was 20 years old) and a full functional door before 9:00. Chad, the technician, was friendly, courteous and efficient. Precision couldn’t have a better person to represent the company!! I totally recommend Precision for any garage door repair needed. They are by far the best I have ever used from initial contact to completed job!
