Called and received service on same day – technician was timely – polite and professional. He listened to all the problems I was having with each door. He was able to diagnose the problems that I was having with both garage doors, explain what needed to be fixed/replaced with options and give me quotes. When I chose what I wanted done he started the job and didn’t stop until the job was finished and double checked everything. I am very happy with my garage doors working properly, the warranty and recommend Precision Garage Door Service. So very satisfied with John D. and appreciate his patience in taking the time to explain to an old hard of hearing lady so that she could understand properly. Chose Precision because they had installed the garage door. Spring broke last night and called this morning – was scheduled, technician arrived on time and repair completed! The entire process was fast and special thanks to the Technician, Manuel, for how professional and courteous he was. He quickly made the repairs and offered tips on how to maintain the new springs and door! Fantastic service from beginning to end! The Team came right out to repair my broken garage door spring, they were on time and very thorough. They presented me with different options to repair and/or replace my existing garage door opener and provided explanation on all options and components. Bob and Aiden were very professional and friendly and worked efficiently to complete the installation.

Isak Zenkic was outstanding. He phoned ahead.was on time, diagnosed my broken garage door and provided me several options to remedy. He was easy to understand and he provided me with detailed explanations. I was thoroughly satisfied with his repairs-all done in one afternoon. No need to order parts.
