Josh, the assigned repairman, keep me informed of his estimated time of arrival, was thorough in his explanation of what repairs were needed and had the job completed timely.     Making an appointment was easy, they gave me a chance to pick what date and approximate what time they. Day of installation was to the tee. Before starting the job they gave me upfront cost with Veterans discount. I would recommend if you need a person to call them or check out their website. Please remember you get what you pay for.
