We had used Precision in 2019 and thought the price charged was high. We tried another company in 2021 and were dissatisfied. Lately, our remotes would not operate our 24 year old opener and another company came and were impolite and did not give a good explanation so we sent them on their way. We decided to try Precision again after receiving your coupon in the mail. It is only an hour since Matt installed a new opener and belt and although surprised at how expensive things are, so far we are very pleased with the look and the operation of the new belt and opener. We were very happy with the friendly and professional way Matt investigated and explained our problem. He arrived exactly when he said he would and did the work promptly and cleanly.

Garage door wouldn’t open this am. Turned out to be a power surge. I called first thing and Travis came out before noon. Had routine maintenance done along with new rollers, since he was here. Very efficient, polite, helpful. Highly recommend.

I chose Precision for the same day service when the other company said it would be a day and a half wait. The technician was friendly, courteous and very informative. He kept me informed all the time, of the costs, and gave helpful proactive advice.I highly recommend Precision to anybody.
