I have used Precision Door, in the past. The person up front doing the answering for customer service is very professional, and on top of things. She serves up a great start to the company, as the first line of assistance. The technician, James, came out, listened to my explanation of what I had done, and explained my situation, to him and was very attentive to my issue. He then was very through in explaining what the apparent issues were, what would be in my best interest to do on my own, since I am a do-it-yourselfer, and then explained my options. He also gave me a rundown of costs and what the different parts situations entailed, based on what my choices were going to be.
