Precision installed a new door for us in 2010. I have had no problems whatsoever until hurricane Helene decided to visit. My next door neighbor came over and showed me how to open my door as i didn’t have electricity. Later in the day I closed the door. I needed to go out and tried to open said door. It would not open. My neighbor came over again and there was no way the door would open. I called Precision and was able to set an appointment that day before 2:00 pm. Technicial Jeremy came over and got my door working in about 20 minutes. He gave me written estimates on repairing the door at a later date. Mind you this door has not been serviced since the installation in 2010 so I’m looking at 14 years of use. I am so impressed with the care and complete explanations of what it’s going to take to get my garage door in tip top shape for the future. I will be setting up an overhaul in the very near future.
