I called on Christmas Eve when my motor started making some loud noises and hesitating. Jay came out within an hour and diagnosed the issues and was able to install a new motor and track same day. He did very neat work with all the wiring and installation. It works very well now and has been running smoothly. The receptionist who took my call and Jay both did an excellent job in taking care of everything so I could enjoy Christmas was my family. Thank you Precision, for the wonderful service!

The day after Christmas our garage door wouldn’t open, perfect timing, right? I called Precision after hearing great things from neighbors, and as someone who works in the franchise industry and knows Precision’s parent company, Neighborly, very well, I knew I was calling the right company. From booking the appointment to dispatch communication, everything was seamless. Stephan was outstanding, professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to clearly explain what was going on, why it mattered, and fixed the issue quickly and cleanly….and my dog loved him. I never felt rushed or upsold, just well taken care of. The tech called in advance to let me know that he was on his way. When he got to my location, he immediately knew what was wrong. He replaced the defective part, tuned up the garage opening mechanism and helped me put MyQ on my phone so I would have a better access to the garage.

The entire end-to-end experience (communications, timeliness, root cause, workmanship) of the staff was excellent! I will definitely use this company for any future garage door related work! Have Been using Precision Garage Doors for a number of years now, been very pleased with their Service and the Quality of Technicians on their Team. Garage door opener failed while we were away. I called this morning and was able to get a “same day” appointment. The technician, Jorge Mariscal, arrived promptly and was very thorough in letting me know what was wrong (the opener was “fried” and had to be replaced.) Jorge gave me the various pricing options that were available. Installation was quick and was completed in about an hour. Thanks Jorge!

THESE PEOPLE ARE AWESOME! We bought a heavy garage door a couple of years ago (with a 5-year warranty), and a spring broke day after Christmas this year. My husband had just gotten out of the hospital. Neither of us were at our best. I called, and they had a tech out within hours. They had to make the spring but were out early the next morning to repair. Every single tech who came to our home was exceedingly professional – and great people. The responsiveness, the technical expertise, and the kindness every one of these men – and the office manager who answered the phone – showed us were remarkable. Plus, the repair was covered under warranty. This is a company that honors their promises and obviously has a rock star culture. Thank you all for your wonderful service! We will recommend you to everyone!
