All the work was completed promptly and Josh was excellent to deal with. When I called looking for a quote for a new motor and I told the lady what type of motor I currently had she quoted me and installed price. The problem was when Josh came and looked at everything the price had tripled and that threw me for a loop let me tell ya. Regards Allan Thomas

Chris showed up on time and called with an ETA. After explaining the problem he went thru several checks to diagnose what was wrong. He was very thorough and made some minor changes to the door to help it work smoother and quieter. He seems to have fixed the problem. Great service….on time….explained what he found and what he did. Very positive experience. Highly recommend Precision.

The young man who serviced my door was knowledgable and very customer service oriented. He replaced the seal on the bottom quickly. He tighted up some screws, showed me how to release and lock again for when the power goes out. He also showed me where to lubercate the seal around door as the door was painted and it was making clunking noises. It works a lot better now. Thank you.

I had them out after we moved in because the inspector we hired said the springs need to adjusted. The house is 4 years old. They determined that the springs couldn’t be adjusted any further and suggested new springs and rollers and lubrication. Everything working great when they left. 6 months later we had an issue with the door and they came and found that the safety sensors that stop the door if soothing is in the way had been moved out of alignment. The man they sent was super nice. He adjusted the sensors, he also made sure the springs were adjusted correctly and because the door had been worked on less than a year ago there was no charge. I will always call them if i need anything in the future.
