We have been OVERHEAD DOOR customers since 2005, 30 years. One of the two springs on the door broke last night. We called soon as OVERHEAD DOOR opened, to be told that the soonest they could send a tech was Dec 4th. We called PRECISION. PRECISION DOOR TECH Doug Surgener arrived right on time, early by a few minutes and checked the system over, discussed what needed to be done and replaced the springs. He was courteous, pleasant, and just plain nice. Great customer service, Doug.

Very good service. Just had to wait 2 days for an appointment for the repair. Garage door would not open (would close) so car had to stay in the driveway for 2 nights. All good now.
